MCV Memorial ENT Trust Hospital

A Super Speciality Hospital run by the MCV memorial ENT trust is catering to the needs of Ear, Nose, Throat, Head and Neck disorders since 1960. The MCV ENT trust was started in the memory of late Dr. M.C.Velusamy. The main objective of this hospital is to provide high quality treatment in ENT Head Neck disorders at an affordable cost. This is situated in Pollachi, 40 Kms away from Coimbatore which is well connected by Road, Rail and Air. The hospital is situated in a non-polluted, serene atmosphere and people can combine treatment with leisure activities because of its proximity to a number of tourist locations.

The hospital is self contained with restaurant and staff quarters for doctors and nurses. Long distance patients can also stay in a guest house / flat with kitchen facilities. Staff and surgeons staying inside the campus provide round the clock service.

Approximately 50% of the patients come here for Nose, sinus surgery, 35% for Ear, and the rest for Voice, Head and Neck disorders. Patients come from far of locations and neighbouring countries due to its quality treatment and the affordable costs.

1 2006 IMA Award for Meritorious service.
2 2005 RAF Cooper National Award for developing Fibrescopic Laryngeal Surgery.
3 2002 E.Merck National Award for work on phono surgery - Standardisation and instrumentation in phono surgery.
4 1991 RAF Cooper National Award fo the work on Nasal Septal Clips to avoid nasal packing following nose operations.
